Rogero Manager v8.3 - Now with the Latest in CFW Support

Rogero Manager, which is arguably the second most popular manager to multiMAN, has been updated to version 8.3. The new release brings a bevy of new features and fixes, such as a new 3D-like display mode and the latest CFW support.
