After many posts by deank regarding this update, here is what deank added.

* Fixed: Unnecessary auto-refresh/scan for content on each startup
* Added: Advanced option in XMMB Settings:
Expand Contents of XMMB media columns
Sets whether to scan and show content in music, photo, video and retro columns.
When option is disabled, multiMAN will not scan your usb/hard drive/etc for supported files (mp3/avi/roms/etc)

You can now RIP optical discs (DVD/BD) to ISO format. The speed is good:
6MB/s for DVD
10MB/s for Blu-ray discs
6MB/s for DVD
10MB/s for Blu-ray discs
