Open Manager v1.13 Compiled & Released *Updated*

Open Manager has been updated to version 1.13, which is needed for Hermes’ v2 payload. So with these two together you should have functioning controls in Street Fighter IV (or SSFIV), F1 2010, and by the looks of it (from readme.txt) EyePet too.
Open Manager v1.1:

Open Manager v1.12:

• Added “patched mode”/”Normal mode” labels to the top-right corner of the game titles screen.
• Game names will always show correctly after switching to “Normal mode”

Open Manager v1.13:

• The first state of the label is now corrected, as it was showing normal mode on start.
