PSGroove Hermes v2 for Minimus & OpenKubus (and more)

Just got word from optimusxcrime; he’s compiled PSGroove Hermes v2 for Minimus AVR USB and OpenKubus boards. I’ve added those hex files to the wanapaki package. So now we have Hermes v2 for the following:
